Needs Assessment
Through the use of formal and informal assessment methods, Germanna
can help businesses and agencies identify and evaluate their business
training needs. We work with employers and their staff to determine
the skills that employes need, the best methods to achieve the
needed skill, and alternative methods for reaching their goals.
Pre-employment Training
The Center for Workforce can assist new or expanding companies
in developing and presenting pre-employment training programs.
We assess abilities, vocational interest, and aptitudes of prospective
employees. We work directly with the Workforce Services Division
for Virginia's Department of Business Assistance and the Virginia
Employment Commission.
