1. Course Questions

Your first level of support for any course is always your instructor who can answer questions about your course schedule, content and assignments. Your instructor can also help you locate the person who can answer other questions and solve other problems. Information on how to contact your instructor should be found in the course syllabus.

2. Access Questions

If you have questions about accessing your email or Blackboard accounts
  • Are you using the correct username and password? Go back to the directions on email or Blackboard and review the username and logon directions. Make sure you are entering your information correctly.
  • Has it been 48 hours since you have registered for the course? It will take maximum of 48 hours to get your accounts set up for you to access.
  • If it has been more than 48 hours, contact the Student Technical Help Desk at studenthelpdesk@germanna.edu for assistance.
