1. Open Internet Explorer (or other Internet browser)

2. Go to: https://gcc.my.vccs.edu

• Click on " LOOK UP YOUR USERNAME AND SET YOUR PASSWORD."
• Enter your first name, last name, Date of birth (MMDDYY), and your Social Security Number.
• Click on 'Search'.
• You may be required to answer a security question.  This is a question and answer that you created when you previously setup your password.
• Now you can create a new password and change your security question/answer if you would like
• Click on 'Submit'.
• Now you see your username, Student ID number (EmplID), and your email addre

1.  Go to: http://learn.vccs.edu OR access Blackboard through GCC Online at https://gcc.my.vccs.edu
2.  Enter your username and password

3.  Once you are logged in you will see a list in the middle of screen, this list contains all of the current classes you have access to

4.  Clicking on the link for a class takes you into the area for that specific class
5.  Broswer Settings: Go To: Blackboard Browser Settings
